Get your head around this one
When I saw this at my local grocers, I had to buy it so I could find out what it was. Turns out it’s a ‘Turban Squash’ (imagine it upside down), described as the most ornamental (hmmm, not sure) but least tastiest of all squash varieties. I wasn’t sure how to eat it, so eventually it went in the juicer.
